The University of Manchester is offering its Global Futures Scholarships for international students starting their studies in September 2027.

For the 2027 entry cycle, the University is offering more than 350 merit-based scholarships, with a combined value of more than £6 million.

The scholarships are available to eligible international students pursuing undergraduate and Master's degrees at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.

The Global Futures Scholarship is designed to recognize academically strong international students from selected countries around the world. Scholarship values vary depending on the applicant's country, region, degree level, and programme.

Application Process

Students must first apply for an eligible programme at the University of Manchester.

You cannot normally submit the Global Futures Scholarship application before applying to the University.

Once an eligible applicant receives an offer, the University sends the scholarship application form directly to relevant offer-holders.

Applicants must then complete the scholarship application before the deadline applicable to their country or region.
