Benefits

• The scholarship provides tuition fee coverage for recipients during their eligible study period.
• Scholarship recipients receive a monthly living allowance to help cover their expenses while studying in Indonesia.
• UIII currently provides scholarship recipients with a monthly stipend of IDR 5,000,000.
• Scholarship recipients who live in the UIII Student Dormitory pay IDR 1,000,000 per month, which is automatically deducted from their monthly stipend.
• Eligible international scholarship recipients may receive round-trip economy-class airfare between their country of residence and Indonesia, depending on the scholarship scheme awarded to them.
• Eligible international scholarship recipients may receive financial support for their student visa and legal stay permit costs in Indonesia, depending on the scholarship scheme awarded to them.
• Some scholarship schemes may provide additional financial support for books, research or thesis-related expenses.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must apply for an eligible Master's or PhD program at Universitas Islam International Indonesia.
• Applicants must meet the academic requirements established by UIII for their selected degree program.
• Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements established for their selected academic program.
• Applicants must successfully complete the UIII admission selection process before proceeding with the scholarship application.
• Applicants must receive an Unconditional Letter of Acceptance from UIII before they can proceed with the scholarship application.
• Applicants must meet any additional requirements established for the scholarship scheme available to them.
• Applicants must obtain atleast 3.0/4.0 GPA from their previous degree program.

Required Documents

• Applicants must provide their academic transcripts as required by the UIII Admissions system.
• Applicants must provide evidence of their language proficiency when it is required for their selected academic program.
• Applicants must provide the supporting documents requested through the UIII Admissions portal.
• Applicants must provide the details of at least two referees who can complete the required letters of recommendation.
• Applicants who proceed to the scholarship stage must upload their UIII Letter of Acceptance.
• Applicants must provide a written explanation describing why they are interested in receiving the scholarship.
• PhD applicants must provide the research and publication documents required for their doctoral application.

Application Process

Applicants must first create an account through the official UIII Admissions portal and verify their email address. After signing in, applicants must complete the required admission sections, including their personal information, educational background, language proficiency, professional background, referee information and supporting documents. Applicants must provide at least two referees and should make sure that their referees complete the required recommendation letters.

After completing the admission process, applicants must successfully pass the UIII selection process and receive an Unconditional Letter of Acceptance. Eligible applicants can then access the scholarship section of the UIII Admissions system and select an available scholarship scheme. Applicants must upload their Letter of Acceptance, explain why they are interested in receiving the scholarship and complete the remaining scholarship requirements before submitting their application.
